Indy We Love YOU

So we have only been in Indianapolis for 3 days and I am already loving it so much more than last time. It makes such a difference to not be sick and pregnant. It is a great place to spend the summer. Sophie seems to be enjoying it also. She spends 3/4 of the day on the porch. We have gone for some walks and she has loved that also. We had an amazing thunderstorm the first day and Sophie was totally mesmorized on the porch watching it.

We made it!

So we are finally here in Indy. Spence left just under a week ago and Sophie and I just flew in yesterday. It was a great flight. Sophie was a dream, which kinda suprised me to be honest. I have been sick about it for weeks... okay months. It was so good to see Spence last night. Even though it had only been 5 days I really missed him. Sophie was SOOOO excited to see her daddy and has been clinging on to him ever since. Its good to be back in Indy. I have already enjoyed a crazy rainstorm, which I love. Sophie and I just sat on the balcony and watched the rain pour down. It was awesome!
It is our 5 year anniversary today! I really cannot believe it has been that long. It has been a great 5 years. I love Spence lots!! He got me a really really awesome anniversary present. He got me a canon rebel XTI. Thanks to Krystie we got a GREAT deal and I have been thoroughly enjoying it.

I have a ton of pics I want to post but they are on my moms computer in cardston so when she sends them I will post them. We went to Radium a week before we left with all the girls (my mom, grandma, kara, kimber, sophie and I). It was for a full week and so much fun and relaxing. I will post pics of that and Indy shortly.

Home Away From Home

I finally got our porch all cleaned off and Sophie has been loving it. I have been cleaning and packing like crazy and she has just been so content hanging out on the porch. She has all kinds of toys out there and her little fuzzy chair. Luckily it has been gorgeous outside!

Spence brought me home gerbera daisies a few nights ago.. just cause. He is so thoughtful and romantic. I am a lucky girl and get flowers lots.

A Little Fresh Air

There is a point every night just before dinner when Sophie starts to get a little restless. As soon as we step out the front door she is instantly the happiest girl on the block. We have a school in our backyard basically. It has a huge soccer field with a playground and it is so much fun for Sophie to just run free. It is hilarious to watch her. You can tell she never wants it to end. When I start walking back home she will try her darndest to distract me. She kept picking up pinecones and handing them to me saying, "Look, wow!" I have to admit it is pretty nice to get out and enjoy this beautiful weather that we have been getting. Sophie is 15 months today by the way! It sounds funny to still be counting by months for some reason?

Freezie Breezie

Sophie's top molars are starting to come through. It has been freezie after freezie. I found some from Safeway that are pure fruit juice. When she sees them she gets so excited! When I realized that her freezie actually matched her shirt the camera just had to come out.

Bowling With My Homies

We had the funnest week last week. My uncle Mark came to visit from Toronto. We don't get to see him very often so we did a lot of playing in that week. Sophie was pretty tuckered out by the end of the week but it was all worth it. We went bowling one of the days and it was really fun. Sophie was a little Psycho. She kept running into the lane and then she would slip because it was oily. She would get so mad everytime I grabbed her. She wanted to play so bad. I got second place by 1 point. Spence won, of course. He always wins at everything. Ugggh. He is so competitive. Anyway we had such a fun time. We were sad to see him leave. We miss you Mark! Come back!

Time For Bed

This is when we know that it is definately time for bed. Every night when she is getting tired she will start pacing the floor and growling like a little bear. She really doesn't always have that low of a voice I swear! Anyway I guess it's her own little way of letting us know it's time!
